1918
Francesco Ramberti inaugurates the business activity of the family as a craftsman of horse saddles, buying the first sewing machine.
1945
With the development of automobiles, the company began the production of tarpaulins for trucks.
1957
With the explosion of tourism on the Romagna riviera, the production of sunbeds and parasols begins. Antonio and Roberto, Francesco’s son, join the company.
1980
Riccardo, Antonio’s son, joins the company. Both are still at the helm of the Group.
1992
The first Ramberti Point opens in Albenga, Liguria.
1995
Antonio and Riccardo liquidate Roberto’s share.
2001
All Sun Srl is inaugurated for the processing of aluminium.
2012
Migani Industrie Srl is acquired for the processing of wood and aluminum.
2014
Ramfil Srl is inaugurated for the production of yarn and fabric.
2017
Riccardo’s first son joins the company: Luca. 12th Living Srl is inaugurated for the production of parasol structures.
2019
The second Ramberti Point opens in Barletta, Puglia. Ramberti beach 182 is inaugurated in Brazil.
2020
The third Ramberti Point opens in Cisterna di Latina, Lazio.
2021
Ramberti Cuba is inaugurated.
2022
Riccardo’s daughter joins the company: Elisa.
